January 16, 2024, In conjunction with the Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) 2023–2024, UPM Press Centre completed a Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Self-Assessment (EKSA) self-evaluation to qualify for the 2023/2024 Workplace Environment Quality Award. This involved three (3) of the UPM Press Centre’s main areas: the general office building, the UPM Press Centre Bookstore, and the Pertanika Journal publication office.
Our sincere gratitude goes out to Puan Nor Syazwani Izyan Ayub from the Corporate Strategy and Relations Centre (PSPK) and Miss Farah Alia Fauzi from the Vice Chancellor's Office, who were elected as the auditors for this session.
With a score of 91.72% and a few number of recommendations for improvement, the review process concluded successfully and without any concerns. We acknowledge the great deal of work and dedication that allowed us to accomplish this objective assessment. The UPM Press Centre will ensure that these EKSA improvements progress consistently.
